About this workshop
This leadership workshop helps managers move beyond activity inspection and directive feedback. Leaders learn to adjust their coaching to the individual, ask questions that build ownership, and create a culture in which people understand both the standard and their role in achieving it.
Participants learn to:
- Diagnose what each team member needs from the leader.
- Balance support and demand appropriately.
- Coach through questions instead of immediately prescribing answers.
- Create clear expectations and employee-owned commitments.
- Business Challenge
- Managers inspect activity more than they coach performance, so commitments belong to the leader rather than to the people doing the work.
- Who This Is Designed For
- First-line and second-line leaders who want coaching to produce ownership and performance.
