Privacy Policy

How Inspire Impact Consulting collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated October 22, 2026.

Who we are

Inspire Impact Consulting provides sales leadership and commercial performance consulting to pharmaceutical and life-sciences organizations. This policy covers this website and the inquiries and downloads made through it.

It does not cover the separate services of companies we link to, such as our scheduling provider or LinkedIn. Those services have their own policies.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical information about how the site is used. We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive categories of personal information.

Information you give us directly:

  • When you send an inquiry: your name, work email address, organization if you provide it, and the message you write.
  • When you download the workshop guide: your name, work email address, organization if you provide it, and whether you ticked the separate, optional box to receive Insights updates.
  • When you sign up for Insights updates: your email address.
  • When you email, call or connect with us using the details on this site: whatever that message contains.

Each submission is stored with the date it was received and whether it came from the contact form, a guide download, or an Insights signup.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical data handled by our hosting provider in the course of serving the site, such as your IP address and browser type.

We do not operate a login for visitors, take payments through this site, or run advertising on it.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to do the thing you contacted us about, and to follow up on it:

  • To reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation.
  • To send you the workshop guide you asked for.
  • To send occasional Insights updates, only if you opted in to them.
  • To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for any automated decision-making about you.

Marketing emails and Insights updates

The Workshop Guide is delivered whether or not you select the optional Insights box on the guide form.

Insights updates are sent only to people who explicitly opt in, either by signing up for Insights or by selecting the separate, optional box on the guide form.

Email addresses collected through the website’s forms are used only for the purposes stated on those forms: replying to your inquiry, delivering the guide you requested, and, if you opted in, sending Insights updates.

Every Insights email identifies who it is from and tells you how to stop receiving them. Replying with “unsubscribe” removes you, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.

Operational replies — answering the question you asked, or sending the guide you requested — are not marketing and are sent whether or not you opted in.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This site does not use cookies to track visitors.

The only cookie we set is a session cookie for the content management system, created only when someone signs in to administer the site. It holds a signed session token, expires after eight hours, and is not readable by scripts. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising, heatmap or session-recording tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. If we add any such tool, we will update this policy before it is switched on.

Your browser settings can block or delete cookies. Doing so does not affect your ability to read the site, send an inquiry or download the guide.

Do Not Track

No analytics or session-recording scripts run on this site today. If any are added in future, they will not load for visitors whose browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They may handle your information only to provide their service to us, and may not use it for their own purposes:

  • MongoDB Atlas, which hosts the database where inquiries and guide downloads are stored.
  • Vercel, which hosts and serves the website.
  • Our email provider (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), which carries the notification telling us an inquiry has arrived, the Workshop Guide email, and the confirmation sent when you sign up for Insights updates.
  • Calendly, if you book a call. Choosing a time takes you to Calendly’s own site, and the details you enter there are handled under Calendly’s privacy policy, not this one.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case we would tell you before your information became subject to a different policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and guide downloads are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship they relate to, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to the content management system requires a password, administrator passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and credentials for sending email are encrypted where they are stored.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information. We extend them to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live, because it is simpler and fairer than checking first.

  • To know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
  • To get a copy of it.
  • To have it corrected if it is wrong.
  • To have it deleted.
  • To opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of California have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights under those laws.

Two points worth stating plainly, because both laws turn on them: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is therefore nothing for you to opt out of on either count.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address on our contact page and say what you would like us to do. We will verify that the request is genuinely yours — usually by replying to the email address we hold — and respond within the time the applicable law allows, which is normally 45 days. There is no charge. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

Children

This site is intended for professionals in a business context. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States and our service providers store information there. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law differs from your own.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the UK GDPR or the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your national supervisory authority. Contact us and we will deal with your request on that basis.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. This version is dated October 22, 2026.

Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you rather than relying on you to re-read the page.

How to contact us

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights above, use the phone number or email address on our contact page and mark your message for the attention of privacy.

We would rather you asked than wondered.

Questions?

Ask us anything about your data.

If something here is unclear, or you want a copy of what we hold, get in touch and we will sort it out.
