About this workshop
This connected curriculum develops the full customer conversation rather than treating selling skills as isolated events. Representatives learn how to establish credibility, uncover a meaningful unmet need, disrupt the comfort of the status quo, and earn a clear commitment. Each session builds on the last, with application between sessions so the learning carries into the field.
Participants learn to:
- Connect with the entire office and make limited access and short, 30-second calls count.
- Use discovery to reveal unmet patient needs.
- Recognize agreement that is masking customer inertia.
- Ask for commitment naturally and confidently.
- Business Challenge
- Selling skills are trained as isolated events, so representatives struggle to connect access, discovery, inertia, and commitment into one customer conversation.
- Who This Is Designed For
- Pharmaceutical sales teams seeking one practical, repeatable system for stronger customer conversations.
- Format
- Four facilitated sessions with discussion, practice, application, and field reinforcement.
